Corporate Events and Family Parties
Whether it's a company "away day" or a celebration for family and friends, the Great Oak Hall is a unique and versatile space, amid the relaxed and inspiring setting of Westonbirt's forest and parkland.
Built from green oak, using traditional techniques, the Hall has underfloor heating comfortable tables and seating and superb natural light.
Use of audio-visual equipment, WiFi and a hearing loop are included in the hire fee.
The auditorium measures 11.2m by 7.4m, and can accommodate a maximum of 80 people depending on your chosen seating plan for your event.
Our catering partner, Relish, can cater for all budgets.

Hire fees:
- Full day £500 (more than 4 hours between 9am and 5pm)
- Half Day £250 (up to 4 hours, finishing before 5pm)
- Half Day £350 (up to 4 hours, finishing after 5pm)

Non-refundable deposit on booking £100.
Please note the balance of the hire fee is due no later than one month before the booked date. We regret we cannot offer refunds after this time.
