Whether it's a company "away day", or a celebration for family and friends, the Great Oak Hall is a unique and versatile space, amid the relaxed and inspiring setting of 600 acres of prime Cotswold forest and parkland.
Built from green oak, using traditional techniques, the Hall has comfortable seating and superb natural light.
Use of audio-visual equipment, WiFi and a hearing loop are included in the hire fee.
The auditorium, which holds a maximum of 80 people, measures 11.2m by 7.4m.
Westonbirt’s franchisees, Maples Restaurant, can cater for all budgets.

Hire fees:
- Full day £500 (more than 4 hours between 9am and 5pm)
- Half Day £250 (up to 4 hours, finishing before 5pm)
