There is exclusive parking for you and your guests and you are free to explore the space and natural beauty of Westonbirt.
Our Venue Co-ordinator and Wedding Host will help you plan and enjoy your day. Our catering partner, Relish, can supply all your catering needs, whether you choose champagne and chocolate strawberries, chilled wine and canapes or a sumptuous buffet.
The Great Oak Hall is licensed to hold a maximum of 80 people for your ceremony. This number may reduce for your wedding reception depending on your chosen style of catering and seating plan.
Yours will be the only wedding ceremony and reception held on your chosen day.

Monday-Friday and Sunday (3-hour booking)
April - December £650
January - March £600
Saturday (3-hour booking)
January - December £750
Additional hours may be arranged - £100 per hour
Non-refundable deposit on booking £200.
Please note the balance of the hire fee is due no later than two months before the wedding date. We regret we cannot offer refunds after this time.
