- Gruffalo Party Trail: Celebrate the Gruffalo's 25th birthday with a brand new forest adventure! Follow clues, solve riddles, and meet your favourite characters along the way. Starts February 10th – perfect for a half-term treat!
- Winter Family Trail (Hidden Westonbirt): Discover the secrets of the arboretum in winter. Learn about the animals that hide away and the incredible ways nature adapts to the colder months. Available throughout February.
- Free Half Term Activity: Embrace the spirit of curiosity on February 13th-15th with "Hidden Westonbirt." Join free crafting sessions and delve into the fascinating world of winter wildlife.
For the Nature Enthusiasts:
- Guided Walks: Immerse yourself in the arboretum's rich history and captivating plant life on daily guided walks. Learn from knowledgeable volunteer experts and see Westonbirt through fresh eyes. Don't forget to experience the Discovery Walks too!
- Wild Westonbirt: Every third Saturday, unleash your inner explorer with hands-on activities, crafts, and storytelling inspired by the wonders of the natural world.
For the Skillful Seekers:
- Nordic Walking: Master the art of Nordic walking with expert tuition – sessions run Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Beginner sessions available too!
- Tots & Twigs Forest School: Nurture a love for nature in your little ones with Forest School sessions designed for ages 3-5.
- Forest School Leader Training: Aspiring Forest School leaders, this one's for you! Enhance your skills and knowledge with a comprehensive training program.
- Home Educated Learning Event: Tailor-made activities and workshops will spark curiosity and ignite learning for homeschooled children.
