Arches timelapse

There are 32 arches that will form part of the Community Shelter structure. Working with our community participants the skilled carpenters from Xylotek completed all the arches in 9 days - shown here in just over 2 minutes!

Foundations timelapse

Before we could raise the Community Shelter arches work had to be done to prepare the foundations.

Raising the arches timelapse

Over a week the steam-bent Oak arches were installed into place by Xylotek alongside our community participants.

Jig timelapse

To create the unique shape for the side openings of the shelter a jig had to be built and used!
