Westonbirt Arboretum Shop — Terms & Conditions

1. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are curated to reflect the spirit of Westonbirt Arboretum and are subject to availability.

Prices are inclusive of VAT and are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to revise prices, descriptions, and stock without prior notice.

2. Purchases & Payments

Items can be purchased on-site.

Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and contactless (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay). We take American Express.

Full payment is required at point of sale; receipts are issued upon request.

3. Sustainable & Local Products

Where possible we prioritise eco-friendly, sustainable, and locally sourced products.

Handmade items may vary slightly due to their unique nature.

4. Returns & Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are available within 28 days with proof of purchase, provided items are unused and in saleable condition.

Personalised, perishable, or seasonal items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Where possible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Faulty Goods

If an item is defective or damaged, please report it to staff within 14 days for resolution. Email retail@fowa.org.uk or phone 01666 880 787.

We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.

6. Intellectual Property

Designs, logos, and branding of the gift shop and arboretum merchandise are protected.

Reuse or reproduction without prior permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Customer information collected for transactions is kept secure and never sold.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

10. Membership Discounts

Customers who have membership of the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum are eligible for a 10% discount when they spend £10 or more in the Westonbirt Arboretum Shop.

Membership discounts do not apply to items already on promotion, clearance, or reduced as part of a sale, and do not count towards the £10 limit.

Discounts must be claimed at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

11. Other Discounts (Coach parties and promotional)

Customers who have promotional vouchers are eligible for a 10% discount when they spend £10 or more in the Westonbirt Arboretum Shop.

Discounts do not apply to items already on promotion, clearance, or reduced as part of a sale, and do not count towards the £10 limit.
