Terms and Conditions of Entry

  • Entries open on 06 November 2024
  • Entries close at 11.59pm on 20 November 2024
  • Entries are made by submitting participant details, via the designated competition form.
  • Once entries have closed on 20 November 2024, a winner will be chosen at random and will be notified by email no later than 22 November 2024. The prize will be one family ticket to Christmas at Westonbirt (including admission for two adults and two children). The equivalent value will be £79 at peak times, but there will be no cash alternative.
  • The ticket must be secured and registered no later than 27 November 2024, or the prize will be void. The family ticket may be gifted to a friend or family member but must still be redeemed no later than 27 November 2024.
  • By submitting entry data, including 'favourite memories' and any supporting images and/or videos, participants grant the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum the right to use, reproduce, and publish this content in any media format, including but not limited to social media channels and the Westonbirt Magazine, without further consent or compensation.
  • Participants are limited to one entry per person. Any additional entries submitted by the same participant will be disqualified, with only the first valid entry being retained for the draw.
  • The winner must be able to redeem their prize. The Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum, Westonbirt Arboretum, and Forestry England will take no responsibility for circumstances which prevent the winner from redeeming or using their prize.
  • The winner will be responsible for all other costs associated with their prize, including but not limited to travel, food & drink, and activities.
  • In line with our standard membership terms, the primary member must be over the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested. Individuals under 18 can enter the competition, but the prize redeemer must include an adult over the age of 18.
  • The owner and promoter of this competition is Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum, Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury, Gloucestershire, GL8 8QS.
  • The Friends reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this prize at any time, without explanation. All rights reserved.
